Outside of the studio, Erika teaches one-on-one sessions and semi-privates in the comfort of your own home. These individualized sessions are geared towards each student’s personal goals. One of Erika’s primary focuses during training is proper alignment, which she helps her students achieve through hands-on adjustments. Whether you are discovering yoga for the first time, as a way to unwind from the stresses of everyday life, or you’ve been a student of yoga for a long time, Erika will work with you to develop and evolve your practice.
